No refund is available

Accounts
cancelled/terminated by us for violating our
Terms of Service Policy do not qualify for the
30 day money back guarantee. For example, if
your account is cancelled due to spamming or
warez, you will not be given any
refund.

refund please let us know why you are not

used to improve and provide the highest quality
service possible for our present and future

To cancel your hosting
plan and receive a full refund click on the
CONTACT link on the left, advise us and we will
commence the cancellation. Any cancellation
request will be effective upon receipt. We will
email you to confirm the cancellation has been
completed.
Refund of all monies
due will be made not later than the last day of
the month in which the cancellation request is
received. Monies can only be refunded using the
PayPal system.
